AIS develops first in line ‘fresh’ water chlorine generator for residential market – Ecoline HOME. A game changer for the industry.

AIS expands with new 1900m2 production facility across road from company HQ increasing production capacity by 150%.

AIS recognised as an Australian market leader and exporter in water disinfection with approx. 50 FT & PT staff employed and an annual turnover of approx. $9m achieved.
2015

AIS develops new CHROME Starter and Premium salt water chlorine generators. Overnight success story for both products.
Fourth production facility purchased to consolidate all manufacturing and R&D teams.
2014

AIS recognised as an Australian market leader and exporter in water disinfection with over 60 staff employed and an annual turnover of $8m achieved. As well as AIS’ three manufacturing facilities company commits to expansion and a fourth facility.
Fourth production facility will provide production capacity to generate a $40 million annual turnover at 60% productivity on a one-shift basis.
2013

AIS invests in extensive new corporate branding. New logo, updated website and corporate collateral positions AIS for the next 20+ years of innovation and excellence.

Elena Gosse appointed as CEO.
2010

AIS adopts new business plan to expand market share from residential and commercial swimming pools into the commercial water treatment industry.
2008

AIS develops first inline ‘fresh’ water chlorinator ‘EcoLine’. A revolution for the industry. Chlorine is produced in ‘fresh’ water using only the salts and minerals already present in the water (no added salts or chemicals).
2007

Elena Gosse changes company trading name from AIS Enterprises to Australian Innovative Systems (AIS) to better reflect its status as a proud Australian manufacturer and commitment to innovation.
2005

Elena Gosse appointed as Executive Director.
2004

3rd Manufacturing Facility built.
2002

AIS introduces switch mode power supply to commercial range.
2001

AIS develops and manufactures its own Genuine AIS Anodes™ – the heart of each one of its chlorine generators. Today AIS produces thousands of anodes each year.
2000

AIS develops first residential chlorine generator powered by switch mode power supply, an advanced technology previously only used in the computer industry. Benefits include making products more energy efficient, lighter and increased export sales.
1997

2nd manufacturing facility built

Elena Gosse implements Global Expansion Plan (GEP). Commencement of export of products to the Northern Hemisphere. Business focus redirected to ongoing innovation and eco-friendly technology.
