The Executive Director of the Australian Innovative Systems Pty Ltd Elena Gosse once again has been named as a Queensland finalist in the 2006 Telstra Business Women’s Awards. Elena’s nomination for the Telstra Business Women of the Year was based on her outstanding contribution to establishing, leading and developing Australian Innovative Systems. This follows her success at the 2005 Telstra Business Women’s Awards where Elena was honoured as one of six finalists (out of a record 2,700 entries) in Queensland for the Australian Government’s Private and Corporate Sector Award. Twenty-four top Queensland businesswomen, including Elena, were honoured at a special TBWA presentation lunch 13 October 2006 at Sofitel Brisbane where the finalists were presented with individual awards for outstanding business success.
