A bold campaign with richly textured images, a clear environmental sustainability message and concise delivery of information without the jargon, has seen AIS Water named the winner of a prestigious Queensland pool and spa industry marketing award. State winners from across the country will now compete for Australia’s top prize of a national winner in each category.
AIS Water was named the winner of the Swimming Pool & Spa Association (SPASA) 2020 QLD Award of Excellence for its current AIS Water – Enhancing Life marketing campaign.
The campaign has been staggeringly successful in raising brand awareness and demand for AIS Water’s services and products which realised 30% growth in the previous 12 months.
It also caught the attention of international entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson and led to a pilot program of AIS Water’s technology being planned for his Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.
“Our Enhancing Life campaign focuses on saving and enhancing life through greater access to water,” AIS CEO Elena Gosse explained. “The campaign promotes a deeper understanding of our planet’s most precious resource (water) and the vital role it plays in sustaining and enriching life.
“The campaign also reflects our belief that water should be treated in the same way humans should be treated – with respect, love and gratitude. This was a fundamental point of difference in our campaign as opposed to standard pool marketing which often sees water treated simply as a commodity. “We understand clean, disinfected water is much more than a commodity; it is life-giving and enhancing and should be treated accordingly.”
