Australian Innovative Systems named as finalist in 2015 Queensland Telstra Business Awards

WebsiteBanner_Finalist_White_pxLeading water disinfection company and chlorinator manufacturer, Australian Innovative Systems (AIS) has been recognised for its innovation, commitment to business excellence, and contribution to the economy as a finalist in this year’s QLD Telstra Business Awards in the Medium Business Award category.

AIS is one of only six finalists in its category and one of 22 Queensland finalists.

AIS Chief Executive Officer Elena Gosse said that the news that AIS had been named a Telstra finalist had capped off a big week for the company with AIS also exhibiting and presenting at the Asia Pacific Cities Summit (APCS) and Mayors’ Forum in Brisbane (5-8 July).

“Our technology, which is primarily used in the residential and commercial swimming pool, leisure and aquatic facility markets, is designed and manufactured right here in Brisbane and exported all over the world.

“We love putting Queensland on the world map as a leader in the water disinfection and manufacturing industries. Telstra’s recognition helps us to continue to do so.”

Elena said she was looking forward to meeting AIS’ fellow finalists and to attending the Gala Awards dinner on 30th July in Brisbane. Should AIS be successful at the state awards, it will progress to the national awards on 20th August in Sydney.
