AIS Water’s CEO Elena Gosse wins three AusMumpreneur Awards including 2020 Queensland AusMumpreneur of the Year

As a mother of two children and proud grandmother of three, Brisbane CEO Elena Gosse knows only too well the juggle of balancing work and family life. It’s that love for her family that continues to drive Elena to reach greater levels of business success each year.

Co-owner of Brisbane-based water disinfection technology company for swimming pools, AIS Water, Elena was last night (9.9.20) named the winner of three Queensland AusMumpreneur Awards including:

  • Queensland Ausmumpreneur of the Year – which recognises exceptional business owners with five years or more in their business
  • Queensland Sustainability Award – recognising an individual business’s commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly business practices
  • Queensland Business Excellence Award – recognising businesses which have achieved outstanding results across the board including creativity, innovation and resilience

In accepting her awards Elena said that she wanted to inspire other women to embrace their own feminine power, support other women along the way and effect change.

“I am honoured to win three AusMumpreneur awards and will celebrate by continuing to disrupt the world around me and lead the changes I want to see in the world, Elena said.

“I will continue to draw attention to the social, economic, and environmental impacts of water wastage in swimming pools and maintain the battle against domestic and family violence.

“I will encourage women to be the best version of themselves, because we truly deserve happiness.”

The AusMumpreneur Awards are an initiative of the The Women’s Business School and have been developed to celebrate and recognise Australian mums who are also achieving outstanding success in business excellence, product development, customer service and digital innovation.
