As part of AIS CEO Elena Gosse’s commitment to encouraging the next generation of women to succeed in her industry (as well as advancing the industry as a whole), Elena was a keynote speaker at two major swimming pool industry events held on the Gold Coast in July and August 2018. In July Elena spoke at the Women in Leadership Seminar held during the annual conference of the Swimming Pool and Spa Association of Australia (SPASA), the swimming pool and spa peak industry body. In August, Elena spoke on the topic: “Is your pool a ticking time bomb?” at the largest pool and spa trade show in the southern hemisphere, the SPLASH! Conference and Trade Show. AIS also exhibited its award-winning water disinfection technology as part of the show.
