AIS CEO Elena Gosse’s appointment calendar is overflowing with events celebrating the achievements of women as part of Queensland Women’s Week.

On March 8, International Women’s Day, Elena is Guest Speaker at a breakfast hosted by Soroptimist International of Beenleigh. Elena will be sharing her personal story as a Russian immigrant and her journey to becoming CEO of her own company in a male dominated industry.

Elena will then be joining the QForum Women of Influence International Women’s Day lunch  being hosted by the LNP Women. Speakers include Karen Andrews MP, Teresa Gambaro MP, Jenny Prentice MP and Senator Joanna Lindgren who will be discussing gender parity and Federal politics. Facilitator is Cathy Border.

On Wed 9 March Elena will attend a Queensland Women in Small Business lunch hosted by the Honourable Leeanne Enoch MP, Minister for Innovation, Science and the Digital Economy and Minister for Small Business. Guest speaker will be Captain Jan Becker, CEO of Becker Helicopters Pilot Academy, Helicopter Pilot and Midwife.

On Fri 11 March Elena will join Access Community Services’ International Women’s Week Community Lunch to be held in conjunction with the SEQ CALD Family & Domestic Violence Summit. Elena is a proud board member of Access and through her involvement with Dancing CEOs is standing up to protect women and their children from family and domestic violence.

Elena is proud to celebrate the achievements of Queensland women as part of Queensland Women’s Week and to use her influence to promote and support other women.
