Recently, AIS CEO Elena Gosse shared the stage with fellow successful business women, to discuss the very important topic of ‘Leveraging Growth Opportunities for Female Talent’ as part of the Women’s Leadership Australia Symposium in Hobart. Addressing issues of leadership and career, Elena shared her personal journey and thoughts about ensuring female talent is supported and celebrated in our workforce.
